Finally

Finally Visual Studio 2008 was up again after it was being messed up by "some stuff" (I strongly believe that it some sort of code pushed by our IT department last night).

I tried repair, and it failed. So I did a full uninstall, delete the content from the directory, did a full install, did Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1. And after all these long long time of waiting, everything finally work properly.

Visual Studio 2008 environment got messed ...

Something horrible happened to my Visual Studio 2008 environment. When I got back to the office this morning, I saw that some stuff (patch I guess) was pushed to my desktop. So I rebooted, and found that there was a series of Visual Studio "reconfiguration" going on. I still didn't see anything supcious.

And then I opened Visual Studio 2008, and I saw this:

Guess I need to do a reinstall.
