Finally
Finally Visual Studio 2008 was up again after it was being messed up by "some stuff" (I strongly believe that it some sort of code pushed by our IT department last night).I tried repair, and it failed. So I did a full uninstall, delete the content from the directory, did a full install, did Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1. And after all these long long time of waiting, everything finally work properly.
