Well, TortoiseSVN icon missing problem solved by uninstall and reinstall
I experienced the infamous "TortoiseSVN Windows Explorer icon missing" problem. I following some of the advices online, like regedit entry delete and reboot the machine, but none of them worked. Finally I solved the problem by an old school way: uninstall and reinstall TortoiseSVN, and finally the problem solved.
