Gave up the "Run VMWare instance on our Xeon server" plan
My cancelled my "Run VMWare instance on our Xeon server" plan. ACtually, all went well so far, but the problem was that I had problem accessing our VSS Server, and that defeat my whole purpose of setting the system up.
