Tons of video for you to learn Visual Studio.Net 2005
I was very excited when I realized that all the new MSDN Webcast are downloadable .wmv files. I download the tons of them from the site, and even started building a Windows Mobile Application with it.One minor drawback of the video file is that the file is not viewable on Pocket PC, but you can see hear the sound if you use Windows Media Player on Pocket PC. Not too bad a thing.

You might want to look into using Windows Decoder to format the wmv. in a smaller size. I know I used that system to download a few webcasts onto my portable media center, although I'm not sure if it'll work for a pocket pc. You may want to check it out :)
